Not the greatest setup

I'm sure when your have used it a few times you learn to like it.What I totally dislike is that if you lower the flame to slow down the coming there is no way to know if you actually turned it off.This screws up your cooking cycle badly. They could improve the set up so easily.Right now I'm not recommending it.I'm actually selling mine as my return window expired !
