I thought I would like this with a pinch between the cheek and gum every now and then. On my first taste it had a nasty taste, maybe it is just me. I am going to give it to my adult Son to see what he thinks. I think I wasted my money on this one.

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend who's into vitamins and health food. I have long covid and need a boost to my system and I was told that this would do the job. I know that I can't depend on one thing. But I eventually went through the whole bottle and didn't feel a damn bit of difference.

Metallic taste

We didnt really like this bee pollen it had a metallic taste that tasted like pennies. Not a fan.
