Main use is as sauce. Trying to balance the high sodium cheeses with a low sodium dieter. Havent achieved the right viscosity yet but taste is still real cheddar. Best cheese powder Ive ever found.

Gourmanity 40oz Yellow Cheddar Cheese Powder is a good product, not so artificially chemical as some others. Would buy again.
