Taste is like powder milk nothing like buttermilk. 72 years young. I know what buttermilk Taste like. This one is not!

Main use is as sauce. Trying to balance the high sodium cheeses with a low sodium dieter. Havent achieved the right viscosity yet but taste is still real cheddar. Best cheese powder Ive ever found.
