This Pistachio cream is OK.There is a brand that I prefer, but it is twice as expensive, so I thought that I would try something new.The consistency is fine.If you haven't had pistachio cream before, this is quite yummy and you should try it.However, if you want that 46-65% pistachio, this is not the brand for you.I wrote this review because I was disappointed with the amount in the jar.I just opened it and it appears to be only just over half full.Please see photos.I would recommend that the company either fill the container or reduce the size of the jar.
