WHEN WE SAY ONIONS, WE MEAN ONIONS: Contains only all natural, premium diced onions.
SUPER PRACTICAL: Ideal for food storage, keep these dried onions handy and save yourself the peeling, slicing and chopping.
RECOMMENDED USE: We recommend 2 tablespoons of dried chopped onions to replace 1/2 cup of fresh chopped onion.
TO REHYDRATE: Combine 1 part onions to 2 parts water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or soak in cold water until onions reconstitute.

Very good quality at a very good price

The garlic will last a long time because its nice and strong. Much better than that stale, powdered junk at grocerypackage stores. I can make powder with these small chunks in a grinder, or rehydrate them, lots of options.
