I love this dehydrated bell pepper. This tastes so nice without overwhelming the dish. I use it in meatloaf, sauces, and eggs

Great to cook with!

When you want the taste, but not the work of prepthis fits the bill! I reconstituted with water and it was the perfect tiny size and like a precooked texture to throw into meatloaf.

Based on the great reviews, I ordered this. It was FANTASTIC! Smelled just like green peppers when I opened the bag. Made a meatloaf and the peppers were even more fragrant and tasted delicious! Would def recommend and will buy again as this will keep in the pantry much, much longer than a pepper in the fridge.
