Good quantity. Pieces are larger than expected, a little larger than a dried chive which is OK with me. Use it mainly on pizza and in sauces. Delicious.

Perfect for Swiss Steak

McCormicks used to have a packet of Swiss steak seasoning that I can never find now. Swiss Steak was a staple home food in my house growing up. I found the ingredients and one of the primary ingredients is dried bell pepper. This incorporated great and tasted just like "home"

No need to rehydrate

Purchased mainly to use in meatloaf, but I�ve used them in chili and pasta sauce as well. Very pleased with the taste and texture. I do not rehydrate them before use.
