Simply scoop some into a container and ether add hot water or heat in microwave for 1min and wait for 30 or more minutes and you'll have at least 2x what you scooped rehydrated Bell Peppers of RedYellowGreen. Great stuff if you like Bell Peppers. Keeps nearly forever if bagcontainer remains sealed and away from moisture.
