Just perfect for purpose

Why did I wait so long? I bought two different dehydrated veggie products to save money when I need bell peppers and mixed veg for cooking. I grew tired of things rotting before I could use it up. Sometimes, whole purchases had to be trashed because I didn't use the fresh product as planned. These dehydrated products will last for a very long time because I can store them securely, and use as needed.It may seem like a lot at the first buy, but the return on investment in money, prep time and flavor will be invaluable.
