Takes a long time to rehydrate

I got this to add to ramen, however it takes a long time to rehydrate, not the convenience i thought it would be. It's unlikely I will order again not only due to price but it's unlikely that I will ever finish the current bag.

Kind of disappointing . Claims there are no potato in this product are patently false.

Great for camping

Good for camping - my Husband went on a 75 mile hiking trip in the Rockies, he made Ziploc bags of dehydrated vegetarian meals including these vegetables mixed with ramen, soy chunks, precooked dried lentil flakes, tomato powder, spices & seasonings, then dumped each meal into a wide next thermos flask, poured on boiling water & left them for 15 minutes, serving with a sachet of olive oil to get a perfectly cooked meal on the trail. So probably also good for any situation where you can access boiling water.
