Love this

The first time I bought this it was a much larger package and it ended up expiring before I could use it all so I'm glad they now offer smaller. I add handfuls to all types of dried microwave soups. I feel like it makes them a tiny bit healthy. My favorite part is this mix has tomatoes. That sold me.

Takes a long time to rehydrate

I got this to add to ramen, however it takes a long time to rehydrate, not the convenience i thought it would be. It's unlikely I will order again not only due to price but it's unlikely that I will ever finish the current bag.

Kind of disappointing . Claims there are no potato in this product are patently false.
