It has a distinct/unique flavor. I used it in tonic water. It mad a nice Mocktail.

Light and refreshing in Hugo Spritzer

On a recent cruise my husband discovered a light and refreshing drink called the Hugo Spritzer. Elderflower syrup is an important ingredient. What a great drink--so perfect for the weather in Florida. Will be buying again for sure.

LUSH LUSH LUSH .. and such a nice touch with the candy

THIS IS LUSH, as a Brit in the UK, found it hard to find a decent Elderflower syrup after having this plant everywhere and making it myself for years, but.. TADA.. buy with confidence, light, floral, but with that elderflower tang we all love. Not cloying, not over sweet.. its everything it says it is. Seller even added two honey sweets to the package, such a thoughtful touch, thankyou. :)

Makes a great mocktail!

As a fan of the alcoholic version of the Hugo Spritz, I had to try this syrup in making an NA version for my daughter's baby shower. Well it tastes exactly the same and is delicious! Give it a try. You won't be disappointed!
