- WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR: Our stone-ground bread flour is superior to regularly milled flour, as the vital quality and nutrition of the grain is preserved through the traditional stone-grinding process. Up your bread making game with this silky, high-quality flour - it yields a lovely dough and a hearty and wholesome loaf, baguette or pizza base. As a medium white flour, it will also make delicious crepes, croissants and cookies.
- AUTHENTICALLY FRENCH: Our French flour is imported from France, where for over a century, we’ve been milling carefully selected French wheat into high-quality bread flour. We work with the Vivescia French grain co-operative group, supporting local farmers. Locally grown wheat also means more sustainable transportation.

Our stone-ground wheat flour has a Nutriscore of A. It is unenriched, with zero additives and minimal processing. Non-GMO, vegan and certified USDA organic, our stone-ground white flour is as close to nature as you can get it (unless you’re going to grind the wheat yourself 😉).
