Organic flour review

I did not like this product. I thought it smelled funny and tasted wierd.

Very tasty bread!

I love this flour. The bread is so tasty and cant compare it to other flours sold here. I love it. I tried different French flours but this one is my favorite for now. I also tried their Rye flour and combined it with this bread flour but didnt like the final taste. Maybe Im not used to Rye flour. My bread recipe is very simple with just flour, yeast, salt and water. Maybe Rye bread is better with some sweetener.
