Decadently creamy! It's a wonderful way to mix it up from the usual pb or other nut butters. Don't forget to stir before use because of course the oils can separate as happens sometimes with natural nut butters. No worries, it will blend back together nicely. Really delicious.

One single ingredient. It's smooth - perfect consistency - no grit. The flavor is just pistachio, nothing complicating it. It's really good.
