Rich and creamy

The caramel is incredibly creamy and boasts a rich, underlying chocolate flavor. It strikes a delightful balance between sweetness and saltiness, making it a truly indulgent treat. I've enjoyed using this caramel in diverse ways, such as dipping fruit or pretzels, spreading it on toast, and drizzling it over ice cream.

Make some absolutely delicious caramel apple slices

While to a lot of people autumn means pumpkin spice, to me it will always be more closely associated with apple cider and caramel apples, and sauces just like this Dulce de Leche by Gourmanity, which combines incredibly rich and delicious caramel with Belgian chocolate, are the perfect way to recreate that magic without risking a trip to the dentist.Cut up some apples or pick up some dried apple slices, slather them in some of this delicious sauce and just enjoy the heavenly combination of those flavors.It's still amazing to this day.Caramel and apple is a timeless pairing and honestly it's probably never tasted quite as good as it does with this sauce just due to how much higher quality it is than those caramel cubes or dips you could buy.This sauce puts those to shame.This was an incredibly welcome treat for me as a step up on typical nostalgia, and because it helped me instill that same love of the caramel apple pairing with a new generation of kiddos who will hopefully think of this once the pumpkin spice fad has faded into obscurity.Overall ValueOkay, so maybe this was the wrong way to start the kids out on their love of caramel apple because while this sauce by Gourmanity is delicious it's also a bit pricey for a notquite 5 ounce jar at 10 (at the time of review). Don't want to spoil them.One overly good caramel apple spoils the whole future bunch of caramel apples.I'm pretty sure that's expression.

After visiting Belgium, I realize they take their chocolate VERY seriously. This chocolate caramel sauce is made in Belgium for a states based company. It is absolutely delicious. I drizzled it over my vanilla ice cream and its incredibly tasty. I can tell its made with love in Belgium. The ingredients seem to be of high quality. Besides putting it on ice cream, I think it would be good to dip fruit in, drizzle on waffles, or even mix into coffee!

Holy moley, this stuff is awesome!! By far the best caramel sauce Ive had.

This is my second Gourmanity product and they have both been top notch. This company is for real, and their Belgian Chocolate Caramel is to die for. The sauce is very thick and smooth with a nice combination of sweet and salty with a bit of chocolate in the background. WOW. You must try this decadent sauce. It is pricey especially compared to grocery store caramel sauce but worth every penny.

Interesting Texture

This is a thick almost fudgy dip that has a burnt caramel flavor. The texture is most notable it's a bit grainy and sugary as opposed to uniform and pourable. We put this on some vanilla ice cream and I heard zero complaints from the family!
