Good for gut biome!

Helps with GERD. Make sure you drink water afterward to rinse your mouth and teeth, since it's very acidic. However, if you have any esophageal sensitivities or scarring, then it may not be best for you. I haven't noticed any burning, though, so if you are still interested, try it with water or a spoonful at a time to see how it makes you feel. Dairy kefir bothers my stomach more.
