Very good quality and value for your money

I bought this product to help with digestion and bloating, and I feel that it's working! Instead of chewing the seeds or making tea, I sprinkle a tablespoon on my food. So far that works best for me. I think that I remember seeing that one of the benefits is related to weight loss. In my case, the fennel seeds seem to curb my appetite, which is a good thing, as I need to keep my weight down for other health reasons. I'm also pleased with the amount of product is the bag, I definitely got my money's worth and them some! This is a product that I'll buy again and again.

Purchased these fennel seeds after reading the reviews and after using the Great Bazaar Swad Fennel Seeds for the last several years (which I was very happy with) because these were a 16 oz vs a 14 oz package. BIG mistake! The flavor of these fennel seeds is just okay, less intense, less flavorful, drier, the seeds are smaller and they also have tiny little little sticks other debrisimpurities mixed in. The Great Bazaar Swad Fennel Seeds are a FAR SUPERIOR product and a much BETTER VALUE! As the saying goes, Live and Learn.
