RYE WHOLE GRAIN FLOUR: Our stone-ground rye bread flour is superior to regularly milled flour, as the vital quality and nutrition of the grain is preserved through the traditional stone-grinding process. Up your bread-making game with this silky, high-quality flour. Gourmanity organic dark rye flour yields a lovely dough and a hearty and wholesome loaf, baguette, or pizza base. As a medium to dark rye flour, it can also be used on its own or mixed with other flours to add a depth of flavor to crepes, croissants, and cookies.

We work with the Vivescia French grain co-operative group, supporting local farmers. Locally grown grain also means more sustainable transportation.
