Grilled Shrimp and Veggie Paella

Ingredients

  • Paella Rice
  • Hand-Harvested French Salt
  • Coarse Black Pepper
  • Shrimp
  • Brussels sprouts
  • (Aspragus)

Instructions

  1. Cook Paella Rice according to instructions.
  2. Preheat a grill to medium.
  3. Toss asparagus spears with olive oil, Gourmanity Fleur de Sel, and Gourmanity coarse black pepper and grill for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
  5. Add the shrimp with a sprinkle of Gourmanity Hand-Harvested French Salt and Gourmanity coarse black pepper, stirring every 2-3 minutes until cooked or browned.
  6. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.
  7. In a shallow casserole dish, spread brussel sprouts out and cook under your broiler for about 5 minutes or until the brussel sprouts start to get soft.
  8. Assemble your paella dish with the rice, shrimp, brussel sprouts and asparagus.
