Honey Glazed Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup Gourmanity glucose syrup
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix glucose syrup, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Add the mixed nuts to the mixture, coating them evenly.
  4. Spread the nuts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Allow the nuts to cool before serving.
